EPL TODAY: Will Arsenal settle nerves today against Brentford?

Premier league leaders Arsenal and defending champions Manchester City will be desperate to return to winning form this weekend, as Arsenal Faces Brentford while City will face the dreaded Aston Villa tomorrow. 

Arsenal travelled to Goodison Park last weekend to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table but left after suffering their second league defeat of the season.

Arsenal have been chasing the league title for the last 19 years and this season looks like the gods of Mikel Arteta will answer their prayers.

However, It is too early to speculate on winning the coveted title since they are yet to face the Fierce Manchester City who are the league's defending champion. 

Arteta said after the Everton defeat that his players were not feeling the pressure, and they were helped by city's loss at Tottenham the following day

With no doubt Arteta's boy are in form and in the recent weeks had shown their mettle, drawing against Newcastle before beating Tottenham and Manchester United. 

Brentford' s form is getting better day by day and they have not lost a single game since playing West Ham away on December 30th 2022 from their last five games they have one draw against Leeds United and performed very well by thrashing Southampton 3-0.
